I also heard same from emma that my case is at Albuquerque FO. Till yesterday I heard it is at NBC. Albuquerque is not my local FO. Eb1c current & pending I485.

mine was transferred to a non-local office (San Juan) on 02/14 and no news yet

same happened to me agent says case is transferred to San Fernando Vly field office whichbis not my local office. Upon checking with another agent, she said the case is still with NBC. She also said that the case will only transfer to local field office if an interview is deemed required

also transferred to San Fernando Valley FO on Jan 16 after being transferred to NBC on Nov 18. eb1c what is your timeline True Dreamz?

oh ok! good to know that an interview may not be necessary if it’s isn’t at a local FO. but any idea when I should hear back regarding an adjudication?

@S K that’s great! hopefully we hear good news soon. I saw your other post - how did you get the agent to give you dates? my agent said they didn’t have any access to dates. this was the first time I was chatting with Emma so it is likely that my case was transferred around the same time yours was.

did any of you got an update in your case informing about the transfer or did you all just find out about it when contacting EMMA?

no updates! just checked again with Emma and both mine and my spouses applications are at San Bernadino FO. I wasn’t able to get any dates regarding when my application was last accessed. @S D I just saw your post on another thread and looks like our timelines are very similar. In my case as well I as a primary applicant received EAD whereas my spouse as a dependent applicant did not . has your spouse received any updates regarding the EAD?

I see. No not yet but our 485s and my wife’s 765 is now with the field office.. interesting that they sent 765 to the field office
