I485 regarding dv lottery
we did an expedite request for I290b and we got response that they will make a decision shortly in 30 to 45 day , its almost 60 days without any hear from them ,
we are now in active eviction and we make a lot of inquiries with no response please help us what to do specially we have american kid and my wife pregnant
please any insights will be highly appreciated

you have to expedite your case again. by stating the emergency of your situation (eviction) and the emotional distress in your family (wife pregnancy). be ready to send the proof (notice of eviction and medical paperwork of your wife). Good luck and stay strong!
