i485 processing time with approved i140
want to check if anyone has knowledge of processing time with my specific scenario - i140 approved (premium processing), i485 conconcurrently filed with medical, biometrics done, and case was transferred to NBC. filed 01/2023. understand it’s all speculation but in case someone has gone through similar experience
