If it's initial RFE, it could be birth certificate. If it's additional RFE it could be something specific to your case. Wait for the letter to be clear.

Does your I94 show clearly that you have maintained the lawful presence since your day of entry?

it is showed only the entry. and then I change my estatus to F1 and my husband F2. we think it is a misunderstanding our current status. and I hope so. I'm I can reopen my case. I'm just wait for the letter. but if you have any other advice. I will appreciate I read that it is better to apply on my country with my i140 approved. but I'm no sure about that! :(

@Ahmed Ibrahim- it has to show the record of my lauwfull presence? I did by myself all the petitions.

@mile Villamizar In my case, I-94 doesn’t show all the time that I spent since the first enty so, I am assuming that I would need to procide additional evidence that I maintain the lawful presence such as I20s or other differnt approval notice for all visas that I obtained.

no. I didn't have interview. I stop to study a couple of months ago. like 6months ago my PD is 02/20/2023. I did all together. one my work permit and my i140 was approved. the school allow to close my status. NBC national benefit center. Ana. thank you for your answers. I'm devastated. really. we stared a business here and now all is confusing. how you packed your life in a luggage and in 30 days. 😱

@lg I'm a depender. my husband has the i140 approved. well before I had F1 he had F2 status he applied for a Eb2-niw he got approved and now we got i485 denied. both :( so sad.

I just thinking. we can use that i140 approved and go to our country and apply there? or it is not allowed?

@mile Villamizar talk to attorney because you can still have chances to finish your case here . You can use your i140 approval to do in your country . But talk to your attorney first just to make sure . I hope you can resolve your situation soon

i received my letter. in said that I filled my form i485 before that was current my PD. so :(

than you can just refile i485, whats is your PD

01/20/2023. but I have not a status . since we close my school one year ago! because I sent to them my form i485. but I shouldn't do at that time. 2 mistakes ;(
