Yes. If USCIS allows filing I-485 using the Dates for Filing chart that month, you can submit Form I-131 (Advance Parole) together with your I-485. Filing under Dates for Filing lets you apply for adjustment even though your priority date is not yet current under Final Action Dates. While you wait for final approval, you can also apply for I-765 for work and I-131 for travel at the same time.
