I485 Interview
My wife had her I485 interview, was very short they didn’t ask many questions. I130 was already approved 5.5 months ago. They said they couldn’t make a decision at the interview and had to review the case. any idea how long a decision might take?

@mon c yes, they verified all the information in the form and asked a handful of the inadmissiblity questions

@Joe S did they asked for marriage evidence in you interview notice? I have mi I130 approved since 2023 and interview for I485 will be in a month, but the letter states that I need to bring all marriage evidence.
