how was the interview? did you need passport or just driving license id is good??

My case was approved the day after my interview. I took every single paperwork they would possibly ask for, with me. My green card was not produced until 2 weeks ago when I made an infopass appointment with USCIS in person to ask what was wrong. They gave me an 551 stamp to be able to go out of the country (I just came back) and sent my green card to me attorney. It must be in my mail box right now.

@LS i think i read that there is no time limit after interview. Not sure if that's correct

can it be they put your case under review? sometime they may just update your case to card is being produced

My interview experience, after I was done with the interview the officer said he will put my case under review and my attorney asked for how many weeks and he ;the officer) said maybe 2-3months but he later changed his words like if he do not have much interview next day then we will hear from him, the next day I received update rfe for more evidence to proof that i and my spouse live together,. we sent the evidences with written testimonies from my family&friend in February, May 23rd, received rfe for i864w which was sent out by my attorney on June 5th and June 17th receuved update of “ your new card is being produced” Don’t panic you will receive goodnews soonest.

@usc 7700 interview last for an hour. everything they have asked I answered correct. but officer asked some questions which he not supposed to ask.

@Mrkvica M. yes there is others too who had there interview even before me they haven’t recieved anything yet. but most people just recieved decisions very quick after the interview.

@s s wow congratulations. i took my all paperwork’s at interview. even officer said you have everything even he checked my passport twice and checked my last entry in us.

@LS was there any change in your life that they have to check?

@Temi Shalom doesn't that question belong to form I-360 (more evidence that you live with your spouse)?

@Mrkvica M. Yes, everything was submitted with my I-360 that was approved last year June but I think maybe those evidences wasn’t transferred with my I-485 case reason the officer requested for it again. My GC should be delivered today or tomorrow God grace.

@Mrkvica M. no there were not even officer said everything seems clear. our supervisor need to review the application. you will get decision 2 to 4 weeks.

@LS i don't know why officer wasn't allowed to approve it if there were no changes but OK. I'll keepy figers crossed for you
