I485 Interview Baltimore field office
I had my merraige based I485 interview this morning. The officer asked questions from I130 and I485 application and regarding our merraige relationship. We answerd all the questions and interview went pretty smooth. Officer took our I693 medical report, joint tax return and few other joint documents and photos. At the end of the interview, officer gave me white paper stating our case is under review. Is anyone else have similar experience? How long it takes to receive an interview decision? Thank you.

Yupe.. interviewed on Jan 14, 2021. Officer said everything looks good and she did not need extra evidence she already had enough. She added saying our case should not take 4 months to get approved. It has been 6 months now, no approved yet. I realized that those who are not approved on spot in Baltimore usually get approved in 12-13 months after the interview.

I have reached out to them 2x. but my case processing time is between 15.5 - 37 months now. I am in month 20 now. If it does not get approved in 17 months, I will sue.

my Interview finished in Baltimore September 2019 I’m still waiting case must be Reviewed last 22 Months my Interview smooth and I give all documents and pictures but I’m still waiting for last 22 months

we had our interview on Thursday last week it went well according to our lawyer but case changed to interview was completed and case must be reviewed
