hello, my green card application was denied because they lost me medical RFE, I submitted a I290B application 20 days ago along with new medical exam, I am really scared in this process so I am asking kindly if you have any success stories that you could share with me for I290B application. I am also scare because it’s not family petition and I am not sure if I could re apply for the I485. I have been waiting 2+ yrs for this decision. I am really devastated. thank you in advance for sharing.

@blessed & favored well yes it was in a package along with other evidence they needed, they got the other evidence in the same package but not my medical exam. I sent the I290B with a new medical exam.

@angie Antunes On Friday they debited the money from my card payment, but they still haven't updated anything on my account, at least with that I know they are working on my case, and you haven't had any response?

we are waiting for USCIS to approve our i130 after approving out 290b
