@Rocco Forté I think it’s more so about the divorce decree, they don’t believe we actually got the divorce. just for example my friend Jude was married and divorced twice here in America, all his ex spouses we American but he never once filed for green card with them as his petitioner. now after getting married to his current wife she filed for him and he got approved under 9 months no interview. his lawyer told him that they weren’t weird about it probably because his ex wives were American and he never filed with them and his divorce decree papers came from America hence could easily be verified
