wow, eerily similar to mine in dates ha ha. aug 20 2020 was my I-140 and sep 30 was I-485, everything else is literally same date as you.

the RFE was for the original birth certificate, my attorney had missed attaching it. submitted my medical when I turned in the i485. this was for eb4 and I am located in Chicago.
