my i140 was approved before I applied for i485 in August. I did a premium processing back in May.

thanks everyone ! @ mhz - my interview was waived. No interview ! @ I p - NBC @ JJ - Yes, I did but got my GC approved before EAD/AP. No expiditation. @rahul - you’re right ! EB3 category.

I have filed my I-140 first and then after the approval of I-140 filed my medical and 485 two weeks back
