I have the same question. I received the approval 3 weeks ago and I haven't received my green card either. Has anyone already received it and can tell you how long it took to receive it? I have only received the insurance number

I think it’s taking a bit longer with the green card production so I would continue to wait.

@A O I've got my approval and had beem waiting 52 days now, I think they encourages us to wait a maximum of 90 days to complete the production/mailing period but u can get it before the 90 days .....

I got mine a week after the approval and I think it depends on the production desk.

no, because they will send it by the post office, so no tracking number as long they produce it, that is good.

@A O nope ended up requesting an ADIT appointment to go in and get a I551 proof of residency stamp in my passport

@kj ward I called them, the lady i spoke to said they sent it in for production March 8th & if after 30 days I don’t receive an update then i should submit an inquiry. Similar thing happened with my EAD in 2021, they produced with an error & whoever it was just left it and didn’t bother reproducing a new one, it set me back 4 months. Such an incompetent bunch of people that don’t care how their actions affect others.

@A O I've send an service request and they said they send it back for production, but I can't trust them, so I wanna go get the stamp to use until they decide to send the physical card

@kj ward I got mine last week. Here’s what i did if it helps, I called USCIS a few times & complained about the delay, pleaded with the agents to dig deep to probe why it wasn’t produced yet but I also scheduled an ADIT appointment, an agent called me few days later & I explained why i needed the appointment & exagerrated my need for the card, 2 days later I got a notification it was produced & received it 2 days after.

@A O I was Told that my Biometrics picture is very dark which is the reason why the production keep failing.... so that won't work for mine but I'm gonna get the appt schedule to get the ADIT stamp
