@AchAay AchAay try not to stress. they never acknowledged they received mine till 1 year after. your time will come.

my case was submitted Feb 2022 , only got my interview on 13 Aug , but case still on hold under review , soon will be your turn . Hang in there ! They never sent us any receipt of documents or RFE we sent .

@AchAay AchAay I had the same situation. Had medical RFE and responded just a few days after. 68 days had passed and nothing was updated. I thought that was normal because based on my research, most people were saying they won’t notify you to confirm receipt. My due date was approaching and I didn’t want to risk it so I called them. The next day I got an email saying they do not have it (even though it was delivered to them). I went back to the doc the following day and resent it. Called them a day after it was delivered and check again and was told they cannot confirm at the moment. The following day my case status changed to response received. Apologies for the lengthy response but you may want to contact them before your due date but after 60 days.

@Jayman that’s things like that I really want to avoid. cause mine never they sent me a rfe one day like that I find in my mail. I wish I could get something from them before the deadline
