you should submit a query for case outside processing time my PD was 8/2020 and already got everything las month EAD SS AND GC in hand you need to check with them that’s not normal.

you need to try on the week day especially in the mornings, don’t do it on the weekends. they won’t answer. you can explain them your situation to a live agent. hope this helps.

what’s your field office ? if I May know maybe that depends too. maybe there is lag or lots of demanding meaning lots of applications in your area.

My Field office shd be San Francisco. I just know that many applicants there already get approved who submitted 2020 or even 2021. I get the update here that’s why I am so upset. I thought SF office is super busy so I keep waiting and listen to those representative. Finally I find out that the reality is not the same.

ok so your just waiting for interview. yes you need to check with them regarding your application you should have already been approved long time ago like I said I filled on august/2020 and got approved last month.
