I got vawa approval on March 01 still nothing! some problem got answers there is not specifi. time frame but my laywer said at least 6 months

I got vawa approval on sep 2023. ref on November 2023. and just got my interview 3 days ago

I got vawa approval Dec 15th,till now no approval letter,No Vawa EAD,No medical,Nothing ...

it seems to me that most interview are being scheduled 6 months after RFE

@Nancy silva im in Fl. but my case is in Tukwila WA. so they scheduled me this Tuesday there! I just bought tickets to be there for the interview.

@fadoua bahhi did you get RFE for medicals?

@Mrkvica M. When you received your RFE notice for medical ,did they state they need your medical to make a final decision on your case.I just want to have an idea how most RFEs are usually worded.

@Lo Li i don't remember how the notice was worded because my lawyer received it. I belive it said something that they need medicals to continue working on my case

@juan Martinez debes de marcar a uscis para que te reenvíen la carta de aprobación y la tarjeta es probable que ya enviaron y no se actualizó en el sistema, he leído casos en donde sucede eso

@Nancy silva still waiting for the notice I just had the RFE notification 3 days ago! but in general my lawyer told me all the process could take 6-8 months after vawa approval
