how to reapply , and time for appeal was missing?

You need the denial letter to show why and do you have a case number you should track and see if it tells you it’s denied or not.

how can a case be denied after medicals please do recheck with your lawyer… what does your last update says is it received??

some people will come here with hard to believe stories

@Jah Bless i dont recived any letters but my lawyer told me you have make FOIA to try to received denial letter, my case status in immigration website is case was transferred another office but I waiting for 190 days without any update when my lawyer called immigration the officer told my case was denied before transfer

@Shay og why i do that? I have true story and just ask people to try to help no for play game with us

@Mo Ali If it says transfer to another field office that’s not denial, if your case denied it will be stated in your online portal and I hope he’s not making you pay for appeal because there’s nothing to appeal yet

@Jah Bless I understand what you mean, but why my lawyer when called immigration officer told that and i saw in another app (case traker) before transferring case denied ,but in last status is transferred not denied im confused and I don’t know what can i do 😞😞

@Mo Ali, If it was transferred right after saying denied then it was denied in error and it has been reopened. If your last status was denied and now it says transferred right after that then you’re still good. you should chat USCIS or call them and speak to Tier 2 officer

@jah Bless my attorney make FOIA for my case it like information pass to know whats go on , and im still waiting but if my case denied in Aug 2025 i can appeal or reapply in case again because the time of appeal it’s already missed

@Mo Ali Yes you can reapply if you have an approved i130 or i360 so yeah you can only be denied for failure to respond to RFE I’m sure and that you can always reapply. You only can’t reapply if you’re flagged for marriage fraud so you’re good

@Jah Bless How you doing my friend I received mail from immigration about my FOIA REQUEST , my casr denied because I didn’t sent my birth of certificate 😞 now im in my country how can reapply to my i485?

@Mo Ali How long have you been denied? You should file i290b immediately and include your birth certificate your case will be reopened and approved

You may need a new i485 with approved i360 approval notice but I would try i290b first they could reopen it @Mo Ali

@Jah Bless you think so if i try to i290b my case could reopen? if not what can i do im outside United States now and the letter told me my advance parole also denied because i485 denied 😔

@Mo Ali Yes if you have anyone in the state that can send it for you you sure can do that, if not you will have to write to them with your i360, and they can do consular processing for you to refile i485. But if you overstayed visa before you then gonna need waiver
