@ALEX, you need to complete both bio-metric fringerprint & medical for application i485. after that they will further process next step. talk to your lawyer too. I had gone through this process as well.

@beautiful thing, I received approval notice this month., i485 decision pending, filing 04/2018. bimatric and medical all completed. about interview it’s depend case to case. @alex, yes c31 ead last month, approval notic this month. before that I had regular C09 ead.

@my name: can you tell me how to get approval notice vawa, its been 4 plus months now and uscis hasn’t send one, when I request for e copy they are sending me mail saying you cannot ask inquiry over the phone.

@john, I got 2 prima, yes also I received additional RFE too. then after submission within 100days got C31 EAD, after that within 30 days got approval. now i485 pending decision. all biometric and medical done before. @Alex, I think it’s case to case varies and also office too. for case inquire go to online and there’s a way to submit online request. it’s e-inquiry.

@bussy ennny, additional RFE was submitted: 1- Good Moral- Tax, 1099 / w2, IRS transcript, any statement from someone who knows you well, employment notice from HR, police clearance certificate, FBI report. 2- Residence & Good Faith Marriage- any pictures related marriage, engagement, any special occasions, any insurance policies, any bills that proved you resided same house, detailed affidavits from friends / people who can verify about our relationship & marriage with abuser. 3- Battery and / or Extreme Cruelty- self affidavit statement with abuser, whiteness affidavit, 3rd party affidavit who can corroborate about my claim of abusive relationship with abuser.

@my name I think C31( *Principal beneficiary of an approved VAWA self-petition *Qualified child of a beneficiary of an approved VAWA self-petition) is not just a working permit but an approved VAWA itself which one can use to apply either I-485, I-765, I-131. Anyways, did they applied your first medical just like fingerprints on your new I-485 AOS under VAWA or did you perform another or second medical again and can another medical examination be asked again if it was successfully done and accepted about 4years ago?

@alex, I submitted i360 & i485 together as my ex was a citizen, after a month later they send me notice for fingerprints, so I did my fingerprints and send to uscis. after years received c31 ead and after a month received approval notice. all part completed now just the decision pending for i485, no letter yet about interview or not!?!?

@Mr T Francis, - it’s kind of pre-approval thing C31 Ead before approval notice officially. - I submit my i360 & i485 together along with my medical report. then after a month I had to take fingerprints test. so no 2nd time medical till now. so far I never heard another medial test taken by uscis.

hello All again. today I received mail from local USCIS which says that i-693 is missing and to avoid delay, i should submit. it also say you may bring the medical with you for interview. they haven’t given the interview date. should i send the medical to local uscis or NBC center? or should i wait for interview mail. please.
