when did you file I 360?

I did get one after 4 years

I received RFE for I-360, need more evidence about marriage and abuse. I don't understand how I can send more evidence about marriage after more 3 years.

I got an RFE also ,after like 2,5 years later for more evidence of good faith marriage,shared residence and abuse …2 months later they are approved my vawa application…

@Niki D wow...congratulations. Did you submit new evidence or the same evidence you submitted before??

@kkfiler xyz do not send the same documents you submitted before bc they will deny you. they ask for more evidence. it doesn’t have to be a lot, whatever you find.

I sent them both, new and old ones….you will see on the letter what they need from you…when you see the explanation why they are not happy with the old ones (they are kind of detailed on the RFE) you will see if any of the old ones can be sent back again with extra explanation,and yes definitely good to have new ones too….any little things can count… I resent pictures with a little personal touch,little story why it was a good or bad memory, where,when with who on it… …just add a little extra detail/story/explanation for everything so they can see clearly what they are looking at… I resent joint bank statements with a detailed description to show them for what we was paying together…bills, utilities , bigger purchases… you will understand when you get the letter!

@Tom Bom what you mean? each case is unique. each abuse is different. what me or you sent, can be totally different from what anyone else need to send

Yes. they asked me more proofs of: good moral, good faith marriage and proof that we lived together. I collected more proofs and affidavits. They approved my VAWA 🙏

lawfully updated my case as saying that I got RFE too... still waiting on it to be received. could you please let me know in how many days did you receive the notice after seeing the app with updated rfe sent.
