hello, I was F1 student, i get married in usa since October 2023 my F1 visa is no available, I filld I30 one day before i went to home country and i signed in the file because i’m still in usa one day after i traveld i sent the pittition and they received my case 21 of march, i’m in my home country witing my question is is that make a different in the time of the process or no my center is texas

it probably won’t affect your I130. But for your I485, yes.

You got married in the US, and you went back to your country, waiting an extra year or two years for this process to be approved. I'm sorry if it is me. I will not go back. I will stay in the state. 🤦🏽‍♂️

@Gbonka CD sometimes consular processing can be faster depending on the country but i get what you are saying. Being away feom your loved one can be tough. My husband did the same. He would not overstay his visa.
