hi I applied for my husband I 130 on April 2023 inside us and 1485 he didn’t get any approval and he didn’t receive his green card yet. is anyone else has the same issue?

Being current means USCIS may approve the case once it is otherwise ready; it does not force immediate approval. USCIS’s inquiry tools are also tied to posted processing-time logic, so people often hit the frustration of being current while still blocked from submitting a normal service request. That combination is maddening, but it is not proof the case is lost.
