my I 290 b got denied today as my vawa is approved already I have a question can I refile new i485 on approved vawa if my i485 already denied so what are my options any suggestions can I reapply?

do you have an attorney? in imigration cases, do not do it your self, make sure the attorney know about the law you are applying for..

@syed shah I think it’s best that you file a new I -485 it’s a waste of time to appeal. why did you get denied? what is the reason

yes you can apply again. I applied a new 485 and appeal at the same time. then they combined both files.

On the question if you can reapply the answer is yes , if my i290b is denied I will reapply ,my i485 was denied for a missing document so I hope the i290b work..
