Not personally experienced but found this for you from various sources including skiplegal.ai Motions to Reopen/Reconsider is usually decided within 90 days. If the initial decision is upheld, the case goes to the AAO, which generally takes up to 180 days to issue a decision. Initial Review by USCIS is completed within about 45 days before forwarding to the AAO (if applicable). Timelines can vary based on case complexity, workload, and whether an RFE is issued.
