how many of you received rfe after 16 months?
did you get approved or denied after?
I’ve been waiting for more than 16.5 months and i heard it means more % of rfe as my case didn’t pass the straight approval category.

no the processing time is not relevant. your case is not just lucky to get seen by the officers.

My first I-140 petition was denied, and only one prong was cited as the reason.
In my second application, I received an RFE and this time two prongs were mentioned. :)
After we submitted our RFE response, I honestly had no hope left—but it was approved in the end!

no there is no correlation between rfe and processing time. your case is most likely untouched since June 2024

I saw one profile got an RFE after 22.5 months!

I received RFE after 18 months.I submitt all required and received a denied one month after. total days of processing 20 months. and I am waiting during a week the denial letter to know reasons. still waiting
