I140 premium proccessing
hi community I have I-140 application with premium proccessing. It’s been over 15 days since USCIS recieved my application. so far no updates. anybody has had or is having same issues here? your comments are appreciated

if it is EB2 NIW then USCIS has 45 days for adjutication.

@Artur D it is EB2- professional with advanced degree, the premium processing time is 15 days

@sina sh that is EB1 you’re referring to. Arthur is right, it is 45 days max for adjudication. you have to wait.

Per his explanation, it is EB2 (advanced degree; and I assume based on an approved perm application ), not EB1. Has it been 15 calendar from the date they received it (date on the receipt notice) or the date it was sent out? Either way, you should hopefully hear from them soon.

@here to stay exactly, it is EB2 based on the PERM certification. the date on reciept notice is September 1. fingured crossed I hear from them soon

@sina sh your case is rare. in some rare cases USCIS may reject premium processing. lets hope it's not your case. best of luck!

and yes, if it's just EB2 you should have an answer in 15 days.

looking at the past on the internet, apparently this rare situations have happend in 2020 and the years before
