@Aaron O can we apply for spouse EAD if PD is not current? I though we couldn’t. My 140 was approved an year ago and my attorney hasn’t yet advised me to apply spouse EAD.

@K S Assuming you're on H1B, your H4 spouse can apply for an EAD if you have an approved I-140, regardless of PD. They could've started working last year
