thanks! I got a letter from USCIS saying something like “for speed processing of case the case is now with another office”. Later I got RFE from field office so I knew the case was with FO.

Thanks. Nope nothing changed or updated after RFE. I used fedex to send packages so from fedex side I knew it was delivered but from FO side no update at all. The case went to card being produced and to approved status.

It was waived. FO was like on the opposite end of US so I kinda assumed that.

@Be Kind what day of March was your case transferred, I’m still waiting for my I-485 case, mine was transferred on March 16th.
Another question, did you got an update online for your RFE or you got it by mail only?

it was march 22. for RFE, my case was updated to show RFE issued and I got the physical notice by mail.

@be kind congratulations! how long after your case was transferred to FO was a decision made? I’m from norcal and my case was transferred to NOLA FO today and I have medicals with and I’m assuming interview is also waived
