Hi all, I need your help, My question is I recently found out my wife married someone else in 2018—her first husband—even though they didn't file for divorce. She told me everything at the time, but what are my options now that my marriage will be deemed valid or do I need to file for her first marriage divorce? She is prepared to do so. Could you guys please assist me? My wife and I were married in 2021, and our interview was completed in 2022. However, as of right now, we have received no updates.

your wife should file for a divorce with the first husband first, then divorce you, then remarry you . but def consult with a lawyer forst

lawyer up my friend. she can’t legally be married to two people so this is going to be an issue.

@Roy Bk your wife committed bigamy. she will need to divorce her first husband. your marriage with her is void and it’s grounds for annulment
