Please I have a question: I tried filing for my mom who is already in the United States. Her I131 was rejected saying the fee is not correct after uscis already took out $1760 from my credit card. my question is do I have to pay for I131 separately and if so how much would it cost? what category does she fall in? Becaue I filed for my spouse and didn’t have to pay for I131 that’s why I’m confused. Thank you in advance for your help.
