i131 travel document approved
hello everyone I received a letter from uscis that my Travel document has been approved and will be receiving it in the mail soon. my question is my case was approved last year and my green card is not approved yet. can I still travel to Australia? just on the travel document. if yes has anyone been in the same situation please share your experience I really want to visit my sister in Australia

How long did it take to prove it to you? I applied for the residence of the travel document and they still haven't approved anything for me, but the residence asked me for some medical exams 80 days ago, they received it but they haven't yet.
Green Card ApprovedDec 1, 2024
You have to apply for a visa, but yes you can travel without green card. Also, you can travel to few Eropean countries without visa: Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium.

@J Singh on my timeline it’s only showing application for green card not the i131 also I applied last year 11/26/23 and it got approved in exactly 1 year .

Check with the Australian embassy if they accept travel documents on behalf of passports and what the process for a visa is, because I know Dubai does not accept travel documents and Canada requires a visa even on travel documents, so if I were you I would call the Australian embassy
