I131 denied
Hello everyone,
after 2 years my I131 was denied because the USICS says I left the Country on March 2023. But I didn't!
I haven't left the Country since my I485 and I131 were submitted in August 2022.
The I485 is pending.
Has anyone had the same or similar experience?

unless you are on a dual intent visa like h1b or o-1, this may lead them to deny i485 as well. make sure to check your i94 and i94 history and appeal it.
