I131 denied
Hi everyone, My I131 was denied yesterday. I have not yet received the letter explaining why USCIS denied it. Should I be worried about it? My I485 is pending. Does the I131 denial affect my I485 process? My PD: 6/2021.

check your work permit, if it’s a combo card. if not , talk to a lawyer regarding the denial of I-131 .

there might be several reason to deny i31. once my friend i31 was
denied by mistake saying he was in the country in transit visa as his port of entry was abhu dhabi, dubai and he had no immigration checks in US. Please patiently wait for the letter.

Hey guys, I got the letter today. It said I departed the US on 5/24/24, but that was false. The last time I traveled outside of the States was in 2019.
