i131 approving time
filling was doen in January 21 2025 till now only my i765 approved (work permit) in November 4 2025
anybody have idea regarding how much time on advance parole??? it's like 12 months since filling was doen

@jefon Fernandes depends on where it's being processing you can check it on the uscis website

hi good afternoon I have approved advance parole in January 2025 but still not received it but received my work permit for 5 years any update guys how much more time for advance parole????

@clord joseph work permit and advance parole is combo. Only one card combined the two

I had a work with my lawyer he told me I just received my work permit but not the advance parole I saw my card its not the same its only work authentication not for travel they told me to apply again so im very confused what should I do...

same filed 21st Jan 2025, Ead approved in July, No Advance parole approval yet.

Still waiting for that miracle. I have no idea when will it get approved. Hope for the best.

filed May 24 no response yet. the estimated processing time keeps going up. at the time I filed it said 12 months. now it’s around 16
