i130 vs i824
I just got my EB3 case approved and my card is on the way. I want to know which one should I apply for my wife who is overseas? I had included her name on all of documents during filing PERM, i140 and i485. Please suggest which one is best to apply. Which one is faster? #i824 #i130

hi @Kaji actually I got my 485 approved trough my wife as a dependent, we both apply for the 485 130 and 765 at the same time and both got the 485 approval the same day 9/30/2021
