I received a email this morning uscis tell me your petition has been upgraded what does that mind I’m calling them on février 1rst to tell them my case was pending and now my husband was a citizen and this morning I see in my email your case was upgraded

it’s possible they already know your husband is citizen now! May be that why they email and let you know! just assume but try and call them!
