happy for green card holders, but as a citizen whats it benefits they are slowing cases for citizen

I completely agree with what you are saying. I have contacted my congressman here in Florida to see if he will look into it. If things don't change soon I may return to Cuba to be with my husband. PD 9/23/2020 USC
