it happened with my cousin .... they will mail you a letter .... on which the reason of deniel would be mentioned.... you can re-appeal on same case don't worry

but it changed again to “nothing is outstanding in their record at this time

@Dshugar🏦 could you check the documents tab under 130 or 485, what does it say?

you should have a letter in the documents tab explaining why it was denied if it was denied…. hope that is a glitch on the system and everything can be fine.

@Da niel i130 is showing denied and i485 showing actively reviewing….they both changed to actively reviewing yesterday only for i130 to show denied and changed again to nothing is outstanding at this time

@Alina li I hopefully believe that it’s a mistake from them because I’ve provided them with everything they needed

mine showed actively reviewing by uscis 5 days ago and nothing yet

Hey family. Few Hours ago, we received notifications on our I-130 and I-485 that our case is being actively being reviewed by USCIS. This is the second time our case is showing since Feb 2023. -Interview Feb 8, 2023 -Actively Being Reviewed Feb 9, 2023 -Actively Being Reviewed Jan 3, 2024 Howbeit, I did checked on our online account but no document is being attached. Is this something to be happy about? Your thoughts!!! PD: Dec 2021
