i130 ref
hi guys, I got a ref on i130 to provide evidence of bonafide marriage. I will like to know if I have to upload them on the website and also send a copy to uscis? pls advice if anyone has gone through this phase.

petitioners I believe. there should be an option to respond to the RFE on there under documents

if you send it online just make sure it’s just one file like everything has to be together not on different files. they asked me for a RFE too, but I sent it through mail. they received it on a Friday and I got approval the next Monday.

@w s I send them all I-130 evidence documents by fedex mail but they still not updated on there system response and it all most runing 3 week I don’t know why they r taking so long any idea?

that’s normal. they don’t always update it right away. they never acknowledged receiving mine via FedEx ever but I uploaded it online and it shows that date as the response received date
