I130 Processing Time Discussion
Hello, all.
I have applied i130 for my wife on Jan 21st 2024 and is still not showing any status. It under the Vermont VC. I have also applied for K3 even though it didn't help much.
will applying for k3 hurt my case?
How long will i have to wait for approval?
Is there prices getting faster or still slow?
is the approval time dependent on the country of the beneficiary or is it based on the visa processing center?
Also, anyone know the current PD in Vermont VC for I130? is there a way to check the priority date for i130?

how do you know which service center works faster or slower? how about Texas service center?
