i130 processing
my i130 case been processing for 390 days now just saying actively being reviewed pd is 12/29/23 how long does cases from December 2023 normally takes to be adjudicated by a uscis officer my case is at the Texas service center

Our case was accepted and went under “actively reviewing” since January 11th. I’ve had a lot of people from September 2023 and October 2023 say theirs are being approved and that they’re On October right now.. so if you have a normal straight forward case you should be looking at another 1-3 months tops.. since everyone’s told me I’m looking at another 3-5 months tops..!! hopefully it’ll be soon!! December 2023 filer here. March/April will probably be our month!

Same PD. They’re currently on October cases. March is going to probably be November cases so hopefully mid April or early May for late December cases

Definitely 🙏 hoping and praying we all get approval soon the stress these processing cause its crazy
