I know it will … It hasn’t been approved as yet just says name was updated June 21 and the I-130 was sent to department of state.

@Britt Random sounds like it’s just a delay in i824 approval in the system but once it was sent to department of state then that’s it.

@Kay Witt did you already get the police record done I want to know what you use for the name of the company and the address being as it has to uploaded on NVC website to get documentary qualified

@Britt Random I don’t need one my beneficiary is under 16 y-o but if it hasn’t changed since I migrated 4 years ago then all you do is print out your letter from NVC and take it to them and they know how to address it. Once you obtain it then you can scan and upload it to your NVC account under the specified area.

@Britt Random in regards to what? You won’t get any update until every single document that is required is submitted so tax transcript, affidavit, civil documents, Visa application and all that has to be reviewed which could take a minute.

@drchychy . Hey, did you check your junk/spam? It goes there sometimes. Search national_visa_center. If not, do an inquiry with NVC.

@Britt Random Hey, hopefully you’re DQ by now. I received my interview date today 08/27 and was DQ 07/22. Just to give you a timeline.

@Kay Witt I was having some issues with receiving the the police record because of issues with their printing so I uploaded it today and about to be DQ soon I’m happy for you tho.. Hopefully I don’t have to wait more than a month. You’re lucky
