Hi my i130 has 7 month in Nebraska the processing time was 10.5 months, now I am in the US and i'm doing adjustmen of status.. Does anyone know if they are going to add more time to my case with the adjustmen of status or if it will be the 10.5??? In my uscis account it says 5 months to approval my i130.

I was out, but now I'm in the US and I'm doing the adjustmen of status and I know if they will add more waiting time..?😔

Los Angeles is saying 14.5 months and my case is almost 17 months. I am just awaiting an approval. My 2nd actively reviewing is almost 100 days old.

@karenina lange I entered with humanitarian parol program and now I am doing adjustment of status.
