if my spouse is already in the us should I file for the I130 for him or just adjustment of status I ve been waiting for tps sine august 17 they just said (case decision) but nothing yet

@mylie jean I'm not sure about spouse who came on Biden program but usually Tps holder should file i 130 and i485 together.

Yes, if you didn’t already have an approved I-130 then send the complete adjustment of status package. Even if they came through the HHP program, you just need to make sure your provide their I-94.
