@Sandunika Mullegama he had applied for a tourist visa in 2018 and the person filling it out for him put some false information on the application

same thing with me told me to wait another 6 months which was over yesterday and nothing my field office it’s San Antonio Texas an my pd it’s 01/248/2022

6 months after RFE is a long wait, and 2 years for i-130 i also long... you can sue USCIS on your own, especially if you cannot afford an attorney, and it's much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"

@David G it’s been a very long process with no definite answers. I am going to look into that because this is too long to be waiting just for i130 and rfe
