I130 approved but I485 must be reviewed
Hello Lovely people of lawfully
I had my interview yesterday and the officer was nice and told us she doesn’t have the final decsion she will recommend approval for her supervisors and check if there’s available visa number since am the spouse of a GC holder, however my case was updated to interview is completed and case must be reviewed right after the interview. today my I130 was updated to approved. does anyone know what that means and what should I expect next?

Do all dependents of green card holders have to get interviewed?
my husband and I are in the green card process. both English, applying employment based. I will be dependent on him. Will I have to attend an interview?

@ophelia, Yes since the i130 is approved your i485 will be updated soon to be approved as well no cause for panic. i130 first before i485

hi, Im facing the same issue. i had interview two months ago and i130 got approved last week.i485 still under review. please let me know if you get any update!
