i130 Approved- i485 still pending(LA county FO)
Hi all,
Sharing my timeline here:
Fanily based AOS- (Married to US citizen)
My filing date was 03/02/2023 for i485, i130, i131 as well as i765. (Concurrent Filing). My case is currently at LA County Field Office/NBC.
i130 got approved on March 19th 2024 and I haven’t heard back on i485 yet. Interestingly both i130 and i485 went to actively reviewing on March 18th.
Does anyone know how long it takes for i485 to get approved after this?
Any Feb 2023 fillers?

When was your case transferred to LA County FO? Mine was transferred there over a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything.

@Sam C I am not even sure. 3 months ago I checked the agent told me it is processing at Washington DC facility which confused me even more.
Now they are saying it is at LA county office.

@G G my i485 is still pending. It has been 31 days since it was turned to actively review

@N Av I’ve heard that if you upload your I-130 approval as unsolicited evidence in the I-485 portal it might trigger them to look at your case.
