@jess jess uscis homepage -> click in chat woth emma on top right corner -> say live agent until you get an option to choose that says chat with agent ->thats it.

@chand k i went on the uscis live chat and the agent said my case is possessing and my interview has been waived but one or more documents in my evidence is pending review. what does that mean??

@dominic Wright I am honestly not sure since I am not an expert. I have seen who’s interview is waived, they get approval within a week.
