Hi fam, I had made several comments on others posts that it seems USCIS is attending to Dec 2022 cases. I just randomly checked my status in another app “case tracker” and I saw an IR as of today. I logged into my husband’s account (the petitioner) and there is an approval notice. Now, time to get my act together and submit my I485. Keep the faith.

thank you all. this was status adjustment. I’ve been in the US on F1, and now I’m on STEM OPT. I haven’t filed I485 concurrently because I was too lazy! online submittion of I130 was so easy peasy. We just went with that. Hopefully, I’ll submit the I485 by the end of Oct.
