They are surely approving cases, albeit at a depressing rate. Same situation here. My wife is an American citizen who petitioned on my behalf (Colombian) in early June 2022. Our case is in Nebraska and we are still waiting for a decision.

I know it says it takes 15.5 months for most cases to receive an answer but I’m past that timeframe already

California is doing exactly same situation. one of my friends applied Same exact day as mine her got approved by Nebraska and mine went to California I still haven’t got any approval. dates are January 28,2022

@Andres S I petitioned for my wife at Nebraska on 6/5/22, case starts with IOE9365 and still no word from them! hopefully all June ones get approved by the end of this month

@subu g the ref was for my wife’s previous divorce I sent that in and no response from them. I’ve even called to try to expedite my claims and had no luck

I called USCIS today and turns out my wife’s case got transferred to Potomac and her sons case got transferred to Texas. also had to have them file a request for an answer to the RFE I had submitted for my wife. why do they change service centers without letting you know?
