hey guys! My spouse and I applied for for the I130. at the end of this month it will be 14 months. when we log into our USCIS account. it used to show 14 months, but today it shows 13 months until estimated decision.
this means that the 13 months was due in April 2025. is this accurate? USCIS said we are not outside processing time.
our receipt number is: March 27th 2024. can you someone tell us what’s going on please?

this is normal. I am March 6 2024. They should begin March cases next week. The MyProgress tab is highly inaccurate it’s best to ignore it .

I am a March 1st 2024 case too!! yay. hoping the next two weeks we get our answer. I agree with the above about the status time which is unreliable. the most reliable part has been the last two months which have mimicked what it is now.

@hopeful 🙌🏼 I know by looking at the approvals of others - I believe they are currently approving Feb 26th and there were 29 days in Feb last year.

Hello all. I promised an update. I recieved the update today at 12:30pm that their was an update. I reviewed the account and it shows case closed and it is approved!!! PD March 1st!!! USC for spouse stand alone for husband in India!!! OMG I am overjoyed and dreamed for this moment for 15 months!!!!

I was approved last Thursday and the NVC sent me welcome email today. just sharing the timeline once approved not to keep others In the luck. praying y’all update me with your approval soon.
